REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRY INTO SAO TOMÉ E PRINCIPE

For the purposes of entry to Sao Tome and Principe, it is necessary to present an antigen test with a negative result, carried out within 48 hours prior to boarding, for those who have not completed the vaccination cycle (mandatory from 12 years of age ).
Citizens in possession of a valid digital vaccination certificate are instead exempted from submitting the antigen test.
For all travelers leaving Sao Tome and Principe, the obligation remains to verify the type of test required by the country of destination and the age of the subjects required to perform it.
For travel between the island of São Tomé and that of Principe, in both directions, neither a digital certificate nor a quick test is required.
It is advisable to visit the Facebook page of the Ministry of Health (https://www.facebook.com/MSaudeSTeP/), updated frequently, in which it is possible to find useful information on dates and places in which to carry out / collect the Covid-19 tests. pre-boarding (PCR and rapid) possibly necessary for national and international flights.
